At Fohlio, we’re always looking for ways to make your work smoother and faster. That’s why we’ve added a set of new keyboard shortcuts to help you navigate and edit your tables more efficiently. Whether you’re updating product data, assigning tasks, or managing links, these shortcuts will save you clicks and keep your focus where it belongs.
Activate a cell: Press Enter on a focused cell to start editing.
Save data: In a Single Select cell, pressing Enter confirms your selection.
Cancel editing: Hit Esc while editing an active cell to stop editing without saving.
Move between cells: Use the arrow keys to change focus from one cell to another.
Navigate dropdowns: In Select, Multi-Select, Assignee, or Status columns, use Up/Down to move through values.
Move forward: Press Tab on a focused cell to jump to the next cell in a row.
Save and move: While editing a cell, Tab saves your changes and moves you forward.
URL cells made easier:
Tab adds another link input.
Backspace on an empty URL input removes it and moves focus to the previous one.
Select a row: Press Space on a focused cell to check or uncheck the row’s checkbox.
On the right side of the table, you’ll now find Accessibility Settings.
You can switch cell activation to require a double-click instead of a single click.
This option makes editing more comfortable for users who prefer fewer accidental activations.
Small changes can make a big difference in your daily workflow. These shortcuts help reduce mouse use, minimize interruptions, and keep your hands on the keyboard—so you can stay in the zone.
✨ Try them out today and see how much faster you can get things done in Fohlio.
