Fohlio is one of the greatest time-saving tools on the designer’s must-have list! Especially when you have a backend team that listens to the needs of designers and does constant daily wonderful upgrades to help make our workflow work faster and faster!

From Q4 or 2022 into Q1 of 2023 where we had presented renderings from the design team that were approved by the CEO, market leaders, and everyone else. But when the stores opened, it looked nothing like the renderings. So there was this huge disconnect between what was being specified and what was purchased and implemented in stores. Now that all of our teams are using Fohlio, we’ve been able to centralize all the workflow and data assigned to each project. So now we have a constant stream of live updates. If a design change occurs, everyone immediately has access to it and is aware of what they need to do to make that happen. Whereas before, not only were people not getting this information, they also weren’t going back to the central team to let us know if they had already placed an order for something, and so the design change is not recommended.

Fohlio has been great in facilitating optimizing the project turnover as a whole, as well as handover from one team to the next.

Fohlio has made managing our larger projects so much easier! We love having the ability to add all the details for each item. Many other software platforms aren't as robust or sensitive to the construction aspect of design. The 'share' feature allows us to send specifications to clients, vendors, and contractors in different views. Being able to select which phase or item view with each 'share' makes so much more sense than all the cut and paste we did previously. This is really the premier interior design project management software on the market.

Fohlio keeps my interior design project data perfectly organized. It also saves a ton of time so that I can review current and past project info easily and efficiently. Creating mood boards and tear sheets enhances my client presentations. When I first learned about the program I tried it out and it was very easy to navigate. The support team is also excellent whenever I might have a question. I'm so grateful to Fohlio! Highly recommend!

I've been using Fohlio since it was in Beta.  Since the beginning, I've always been able to connect with the creators behind this platform and tell them what I need, or what would help me with my projects, and they've always listened and been super responsive when I've "chatted in" with a problem or need.Fohlio fits all my needs as a designer/specifier and allows me to control the format and organization of my project information, and how I share it all with my client or contractor - which may look differently.  Fohlio is very robust - there are actually lots of features I don't use, but what I love about it is that it's not offering to write fluffy looking contracts or schedule my client meetings, or design from my tiny iphone while sitting on my sofa.  For me, Fohlio is for specifying and organizing my project information - and that's what I want it to do.

We got Fohlio primarily for the digital library for our design teams, and it works pretty well. The web clipper is great, and the software doesn't seem to get bogged down once you add many products. The import feature is awesome, and the spec sheets are well designed that you can create. The digital library is very useful for making our specification sheets and giving our designers a visual view of the products while designing.
