New Updates: Project Overview Dashboard + Smarter Contact Book

1. Project Overview Enhancements

We’ve introduced a powerful new Project Overview page that helps you stay on top of budgets and procurement progress at a glance:

• 💰 Financial Summary: Get a complete overview of your project finances, including budget, client invoices, supplier invoices, and purchase orders.
• 📊 Budget Snapshot: Instantly review how your budget is distributed across project Areas or Categories.
• 📦 Procurement Progress: See the real-time progress of all procurement documents, organized by type (Purchase Orders, Supplier Invoices, Client Invoices).
  
  

This feature helps you and your team track financial health and procurement progress in one centralized dashboard, saving time and reducing the need to jump between multiple reports.

2. Contact Book Update

As part of our ongoing effort to make the Contact Book simpler and more powerful, we’ve restructured contact categories:

• ✨ New Category: We’ve merged unused categories into a single, more flexible category: “Consultants and Contractors”.
• ✅ What’s staying the same: Client, Supplier, Manufacturer, and Warehouse categories remain unchanged.
• 🧹 Cleaner Experience: Old, unused categories have been removed to streamline the Contact Book and prepare for future improvements.

With this update, we’re laying the groundwork for a smarter, more reliable contact management experience. Additional upgrades are planned in the coming releases.
