A design firm's project data doesn't stay still. What's new
Fohlio now supports webhooks for key records: projects, contacts, proposals, invoices, purchase orders, and shipments. Any create, update, or delete event on those records can be pushed automatically to an external system the moment it happens. Team members with the right permissions can manage these connections directly in Fohlio, and every delivery is tracked — including status and retry attempts — so nothing disappears into a black box.
Why it matters
- Less manual re-entry. Once a webhook is set up, downstream systems stay current without someone copying data over by hand.
- Fewer sync errors. Automated, event-based delivery avoids the drift that creeps in when updates rely on someone remembering to export a report.
